Main Tasks:

• Communicating with customers and documenting and managing their requirements in detail
• Supporting developers with product advancement throughout the release cycle
• Investigating problems reported by internal and external users, recommending solutions, and working with the developers to fix the issue
• Evaluating and testing new or modified software solutions within the TeleTrader product portfolio
• Performing functional, regression, and acceptance tests of a release before moving new versions into production
• Identifying, reporting, tracking, and verifying issues in the issue tracking software used by the development team

Requirements:

• Educated and experienced in one of the following areas: Mathematics or a related technical field, Economics, Business, Finance
• Very strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn to operate an unfamiliar software or technology
• Excellent written and spoken English (proficiency in German will be considered an additional asset)
• Solid understanding of the financial markets (participants, processes, technologies, financial instruments)
• Good understanding of quality assurance as a part of the software development process
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with peers
